That's not what I said .....
I said "The "fanatic" is surprisingly black and well-spoken" .....
At 1930, the news program I was watching described a "terrorist" attack having taken place in Woolwich where one of the assailants (no ethnicity or race mentioned) had been shouting incoherently except for one phrase "Allahu Akbar”, which, AFAIK, is an Islamic phrase which Muslims use, meaning "God is great".
I was therefore
surprised when, later, linked on this site to a video which showed a black man speaking English very
well* (or with "reason") when most of Britain's Muslims are of Pakistani/Indian/Bangladeshi origin or ethnicity and such extremists as belong to those origin/ethnicities are frequently portrayed as being lacking in English language communication and presentation skills **.
