Hello! I have been avidly watching secret eaters, I love it!
Would anyone like to join me in an TIBB secret eaters club?
We could log what we eat throughout the day, offer each other help and advice and menu tips.
It is cheaper than weight watchers or slimming world haha.
Every evening write down everything that past your lips throughout the day, food or beverage including snacks and sugar in tea.
Food diary example: breakfast, 2 boiled eggs toast 2 cups of tea with 1 sugar
mid morning, apple 2 biscuits
lunch, tuna/mayo sandwich on white snickers can of diet coke
evening meal, new potatoes gammon and beans latte 1 sugar
other snacks, packet of crisps hot chocolate.
The most important thing is to be honest, and list
everything you eat.
You can put your starting weight too if you wish, or not haha.
