Im just doing this for the first week, On Monday I only had 10 glasses of water...next week it'll be muhc more balanced...
And LOL no, I put on loads of weight the past 6 months...I did lose a stone in Holland but that was mainly because they hae weird food and im not adventurous.... (Saying that i did have a kangaroo steak)
