Maybe they haven't decided what to do with the situation yet, Channel 4 are receiving pressure from politicians, and all those bloody complaints so they don't know whether to eject, evict or to not bother with it at all.

Though, I don't know how much revenue they will make if their phone lines are only mentioned once...
