One member voted for MTVN because “he’s alright”, and another because “his one liners are legendary.” One user said they “had a shaky start but is the monkey’s nuts!” He has “always been fair to me and able to discuss problems without malice,” said one user, while another said of him “what a great mod. Always working long and hard. Given the worst shifts, but still gives it his best shot. I bow down to his Mod Powers.” One member said “he always does something that makes me laugh,” and praised his “serious posts” whether they “agree with his points or not.” He “seems to be online at all hours of the day. Always cheery,” in the opinion of one voter, while another called him “one of my favourite members on here.. I've love to meet up for a pint with him to discuss Pointless and The Chase. Very level headed and a great chap. He's always prepared to talk to me about any such nonsense and he's always around being a good MOD.” Another voter said Matt is “one of the most intelligent members on the forum without being a twat like a lot of members once they step foot in the serious debates section” and one user said he’s a “great member and mod, we get along really well and we agree on so much, it's great the way he can be so intelligent in serious topics then so funny and sarcastic with his posts elsewhere, I also feel sorry for him living in that horrible little village, definitely worthy of a decent spot.” For one user, MTVN is the “best mod on here. The guy really makes me smile and it isn't a surprise that he's always on my most loved list. So fair, calm and collected. And it's great that he's such a Cardiff City fan too. Such a great asset to the forum!”
