I don't think they should be chucked straight in, they should leave it a few days so the HM's settle back down and relax almost.

If two more get put str8 in it will just cause strain as the HM will feel they have to be welcoming towards the new HM's , when they will prob be worn out.

Saying that, it depends who gets put in, they might bring the spirits right up.
