Brian seriously needed a co host (maybe Emma would have been perfect), it was way too much for him and to slag him off is a bit cruel by many people. He wasn't right for the job and should have been given BTOS instead and after a few years then given the main lead job. It was a idea that never paid off sadly but at least they tried.

On paper, Brian was a brilliant idea... the ultimate BB champion, the viewers seemingly loved him enough to vote him winner second time around, therefore having him as the host may entice some people over the channel 5... but he just wasn't right for the job. He just made me uncomfortable.
Regardless of what Emma does, she is going to be likened to Davina, I'm sure of it. Even if she puts her own stamp on things and knocks it out the park as you say, there's ALWAYS going to be the similarities.
