Been in this situation many times working in a bar. Theres not really anything you can do about it. Well, there is, but depending on your boss, you could be fired for not serving someone for no 'good' reason.

I have had the pregnant woman thing too. I served her two then said she had had enough, she was too pissed (one of the reasons you CAN get away with using). She clearly wasnt drunk though, but I didnt feel right serving her when she was clearly out on the lash, not just having one or two.
