If someone tweeted me telling me I was **** at my job I probably wouldn't pay much attention, I really wouldn't care what some kid behind a keyboard thought.

Also, having done VoiceOver/ TV narration training, you get directed in how you read the script, same as you do for standard acting. He's clearly been told to do his work in such a way, just as anyone else is in their line of work.
