My cousins in India kept me on MSN for ages today wanting updates

One major confusion for them was ask follows: What is roasting a chicken?

In India they dont have roast chicken, its just not in their cuisien (spellin mistake)

They do Tandoor a chicken (pieces of chicken in an over called Tandoor) but these ovens are amazingly hot and would never take 2hrs due to the heat and the fact the chicken is in pieces.

To be honest even though i cracked up, i could understand as when Sushi became popular i was convinced you cant eat raw fish!
