I figured that this would be a good way to celebrate the start of BB14 and a way to determine who the forum's favourite HM is so let me explain how this will work!
A poll will go up every day that will be vote to save or vote to evict and ANYONE in the forum can vote! Then the 12 HMs with the most/least votes will be the round's nominees. Immediately after, the next poll will be put up and it will not include the current nominees so no HMs are nominated in consecutive rounds.
Once I announce the nominees, the six rankers (more on them later) will each be allowed to eliminate one of the nominees and save another nominee. To eliminate someone you will post their overall placement (out of the 219 total HMs), name and season, and a brief write up as to why you are eliminating them (at least 100 words because you need to be able to justify yourself.) For the HM you are saving, you just need to post who they are, not a write up. Then the next ranker will go. There is no order as to when rankers can eliminate and save, it's first come first serve.
Each round will last for 24 hours so if you don't want to eliminate anyone you don't have to. However if you do not eliminate for three straight rounds you will be replaced! Anyone who is not eliminated or saved after 24 hours will move on to the next round so there won't necessarily be 6 people going every round.
Once we get down to 18, each ranker will eliminate one person so we are down to 12. Once we get down to 12, everyone will submit a ballot with scores from 1-10 and a brief write up. The final score will be weighted, with the public having 1/7 of the say and the rankers 6/7 of the say. Additionally, each individual ranker's say will be weighted based on what percentage of the updates they wrote. So if you want to have a bigger say in the final ranking you better keep up with updates.
