If it's Gina, Sallie and Dexter up for eviction as most people are predicting, I think Dexter might leave - assuming it's still a vote to save. Gina might be getting a bazillion negative tweets/FB messages but so did Speidi and they came second in January. Both girls are getting the most airtime and that's what really matters in a VTS. If it's vote to evict though then Gina's gone for sure.
