Yesterday:
Breakfast: Toast with sardine and tomato paste + a cuppa (no sugar, milk)
Lunch: Turkey salad sandwich + cuppa
Dinner: A beef steak, broccoli, cauliflower and carrots with a glass of water
Supper: Slice of mexican fajita pizza + pkt of McCoys crisps + cuppa
Today:
Breakfast - Cocopops with semi skimmed milk + a cuppa
Dinner - 2 Spicy bean burgers + brussel sprouts + glass of water
Not had this yet but
Supper: Koka Curry Noodles (Jessicas thread has put me in the mood for them)
