People claim this is an act and others don't.

My personal opinion is it is not. The people who claim it is are so heartless that they can't just accept that she is generally a nice person. Everyones forgotton the whole Ken thing where Ken was an idiot that lost them their task for something pathetic. Jade is a good person and people saying it's an act need to get a life to be honest. You can't fake those tears.
