My way would be that if she doesn't go on friday and so stays in, then she is automatically up for eviction next week.
That is the way I would deal with all nominations talk by any housemate and it would hopefully soon put an end to it.

I have little doubt though they will do something either petty as to it or something totally ridiculous rather than a sensible punishment against the offender.
