I take all that on board fruit_cake definitely, it is likely a coping mechanism.I can look at that side of it.
Wolfy may be putting some act on too as to being vulnerable or she could have in fact really developed some strong reliance towards Sallie.
I could undertsnad that more if we were at least halfway through the series but not so much after only a week.
Then again to be completely fair,a week of forced living with someone for 24 hours a day is a different scenario to what most do..
The talking to Sallie was a bit unnerving, Sallie hasn't died,she will see Sallie in a couple of months or sooner if she wants to.
She needs to be quickly coaxed out of this because if it is genuine and as you describe above then she could end up really depressed and I do like Wolfy,just wish the more extrovert side of her was coming out more.
