The banners should be underneath the person's posts . . . . where you have your cute little penguin sliding along. Don't have a clue why you can't see them.
By the way, I've been doing a bit of 'upgrading' of banners recently . . . . been practicing while I haven't had Internet access . . . . . so I hope BusyBee, ROB, Janette, Amy and BigSister like their new versions!
Any more requests gratefully received . . . . . remember, the clearer and simpler the pictures are, the better!!
