Charlie. She's naturally pretty. Hazel is constantly preening and she often has a uppity look on her face as if she's superior.
Personality wise Charlie by miles as well. She's genuine and nice. Hazel is vain and stuck up. She'd never admit it but there's an element of jealousy, she jumped on Charlie's mistake (and yes it was tactless) and milked it to Dan.
