It was actually quite interesting because it seems like both Charlie and her mother don't know when they've said enough. When Charlie was talking in the treehouse about apologising to Hazel both her mother and (i think?) Callum told her to just say sorry and leave it at that and she totally agreed but when she eventually plucked up the courage in the kitchen area she said "Sorry" and it was all fine but then she started going back over everything she had agreed not to when she asked for advice earlier!!!! So frustrating!!!
As much as i like Charlie and Jackie i fear we're going to see lots more situations where we end up screaming "Just stop NOW!!!!" at the TV.

..yeah, I agree, I smiled at the irony of Jackie telling Charlie to just not try to explain it much and just say sorry etc and then she tells the group all that personal stuff about Charlie as a way of explaining her behaviour...I do understand a mothers instinct to protect as well but I also think that most mothers know when to speak and when not to because a child has to learn for themselves, however hard it is to stand back sometimes...
