Yeah, that is the problem. I'll fix it when I get a chance - thanks for reporting the prob.
In Edit Profile if you select Yes next to 'Would you like the ignored members post to be replaced with a message saying they are ignored?' you don't get the extra pages.
Though, of course, you are not completely ignoring people then.
