I hope it's good, but as much as I like Jay as a person, as a rapper his album are always somewhat boring. He's not the greatest rapper, he's just great at the business side of the rap game.
Don't like this new minimalist artwork stuff. First Yeezus, and now this. I blame Rick Rubin
