Ben Linus is a good shout, he's very deceptive, a good liar and always has a back-up plan which actually turns out to be his masterplan all along. Even at the end of the series he gets to stay on his precious island while Jack and fLocke die.

Rory from Gilmore Girls because she's smart, is sarcastic, pretty and with her smart outlook and self-aware sensibilities she would be the voice of reason in any crime fighting situation.

Dee Dee from Dexter's Laboratory because she's a well known hacker, constantly managing to sneak into Dexter's lab despite all his security mechanisms and always manages to foil his evil schemes, plus she's 2D so she could slip in undetected and she's blonde so she's immediately trustworthy.

Zordon from Power Rangers because he would tell them all what to do and he's all knowing, which would come in handy when the team is in times of crisis. Plus he can't die, he's a hologram. Useful much?

Juggernaut from X-Men because what's more useful in fighting crime than an unstoppable muscle machine? He'd smash into heist vans, he'd break through unlawful prison cells holding hostages captive, he'd break down barriers into our hearts and minds and win us all over.
