I think it's a good system if the survivor's of an eviction spend the following week in the safe house and are immune from the next eviction.
It stops the same people being put up all the time and then eventually people who wouldn't normally be put up will be and the audience has a chance to get rid. Not that that will stop the public evicting big characters of course.
