Well they were/are bound to be up again before the final, it just depends if any of the others will join them or if it will be just the two of them. Doubt either would win even if they made the final anyway. So whatever order they go if it's before the final doesn't really matter. BB usually get their way by bringing in sudden twists that work to their advantage. They probably expect the romance to bring in a bigger viewer audience.
