It wasnt just the slap IMO, it was his behavior in general last night, going from the lying to get her to come into bed, to his rant to himself about '****ing women', to his taking the piss out of her accent, to the bumslap, to him towering over her on the bed shouting about how bad he was when he was angry.

Whats confusing me though, is why did they let him back into the safehouse with Hazel after they took him to the diary room..unless he was warned then and continued after LF went off.
