Not asking for specifics but have you hit anyone or anything? why?

the worst Ive ever done is thrown a plate which smashed on the floor and walked out the door.
Ive never hit anyone , in fact Ive not even had a fight with anyone since primary school
I have never ever had the urge to want to punch someone or hit them? it doesn't even enter my head...even beyond the fact its wrong, or could injure someone seriously, I actually don't see the logic behind it...maybe Im intellectualizing it too much?
..then again if I was in a situation to defend myself or my family, no doubt that animal survival instinct would kick in
I utterly detest anyone being cruel to animals....you even get people joking about running down cats and other animals, makes me sick to my stomach
