I think this is a spectacular innovation, and I really cannot wait for this to become properly industrialised. I've never had the willpower to become a vegetarian let alone even become a vegan, but I've always felt a bit bad that some poor creature has had to kick the bucket for it to arrive on my plate.
It'd be nice to be able to eat a burger that isn't made from a dead thing.
