I would bet if he had done that to her he would have been ejected for that alone.
However that doesn't excuse his behavior either.
In hindsight, BB probably should have stepped in sooner, but they were clearly wanting it all to lead to a 'steamy romp'. Bet they got a shock when it went the way it did
