Firefighters had to cut a couple free from handcuffs after their bondage session went wrong.



The two women from Hebden Bridge, Halifax walked into a local fire station at 1.30am to explain that they had got stuck after using the toy cuffs.

Commander Paul Gyde told the Halifax Courier: "We found it amusing, but the girls looked embarrassed.

"[The handcuffs] looked real and probably served the purpose for why they wanted them."

The firefighters were eventually able to remove the cuffs from the two women in their 20s.

Gyde continued to say: "We were pleased we were able to assist them."
