We all know that hazel was lookingfor the relationship to move up a notch. They were alone, there had been drinking, she was looking for attention.

What no one was expecting was daley grabbing her by the throat and threatening to "nut" her.

Hazel is "guilty" of looking for a little sexual contact. Daley is guilty of restraining a girl and threatening assault. This is not a case of apples vs oranges. This is a case of apples vs tiger shark.
