I think she's very lucky to have him there to be honest, and lucky that he is being a genuine friend. He hasn't vilified Daley and he hasn't suggested its her fault - he's just been supportive. It's made me like him a lot more, anyway. some of the younger ones just don't really understand that he wasn't patronising them, just conveying it in the serious way that was appropriate.
