Charlie reckons she can rely on the " kindness within Gina and Dexter ".
She's either a very poor judge of character.Thinking she can rely on them for kindness when they are the most two faced back stabbing people in the house and would probably sell their grandmother if they thought it would get them what they wanted.She's probably just positioning herself in alliance with people who she thinks will last a long time on show.
