They start at 4Pm ET and should carry on 'til 9Pm ET with (possibly) a break of an hour and a half on Sunday night at 5Pm ET when there is no BBBOTS show.

Edit: I guess if you're on Central Time you have to add an hour to the times given.

'nother Edit: 4PM ET will only apply on Fridays and Sundays when the show starts at 9Pm BST (8Pm GMT/UTC) all other days it starts at 10Pm BST (but this is due to change shortly)
