Gareth did one decent song ("Stupid Mistake"? I think that's the title). The rest seemed to be all cover versions of songs I've heard a million times before, sung no better than your average bloke on stage at a karaoke. Seriously.

There is no doubt in my mind Will Young deserved to win Pop Idol. He at least has talent, a unique voice and the ability to write songs.
