The best thing about getting up so early is that it's getting me back into a routine... but I still stay up relatively late, normally about midnight-1am, whereas my dad goes to bed about 9pm sometimes and I just think to myself "I am not going to bed at 9pm, getting up before 7am, being at work until 5-6pm and going to bed 3 hours later."
