Many people on here can see that Jo is clearly very upset and sorry for her actions but until you hear the word 'sorry' you wont be satisfied. She has said she is sorry but in other words..

Jo has appologised if she has offended anyone, and clearly she hasnt got anything against shilpa cos she said she would give her a big hug.
