Yeah. I think they all must be exhausted by him though (and he's probably exhausted, among other things, himself). At this point he's too upset/etc. for Charlie or anyone else to be able to make everything okay and soothe him. Which he probably knows and makes him even angrier and more prone to venting, I guess.
I think the house is a bad place for him...
