I agree. Although Hazel had a fair and valid point in that Charlie was doubting her 'emotions' when she had tears in her eyes with the family letters, I think Hazel was too confrontational and intimidating in her dealings with Charlie.

With everything else going against Charlie, she seemed to be kicking her when she was down. Hazel was more wronged by Charlie than Charlie was by Hazel, yet I felt that Hazel was too cold and venomous to be sided with as she should have been - if you know what I mean!
Both Hazel and Gina made a more of a victim of Charlie than was necessary - and in the process made themselves look bad.
