I asked someone who works on trains, and apparently I need to get a train to London Kings Cross and then get on a 40 minute Tube Journey to Surrey Quays.

Lauren, contrary to popular belief, there ARE some pretty helpful dudes who use the tube, dont be afraid to ask, its not that difficult a journey really.
DONT get a taxi unless you want to part with the best part of £40.
