Gotta love how he can't just say they're getting married and Gina has already picked out a ring. He has to go out of his way and specifically mention it's a 100K ring.

He's either talking out of his a$$ because nobody with proper manners or actual money would brag to a mag that he's spending 100K on a ring, or he's just generally a wanker and one of them has a trust fund with no perception of the value of money. I really doubt its the latter.
