Hazel's comment was about "I don't like people who brag about money and use it to put themselves above other people". A fair comment, Gina does this repeatedly.
All Gina has done tonight is throw out every insult and swear word she could about Hazel. Two very different things.

You're making it out like it was all casual, matter of fact observation whilst glossing over the fact that Hazel already disliked Gina. She was putting her down. Or in other words bitching.
