A post from DS : Please don't ask me for a source, as it was just one tweet I once saw, and can't remember where, but the tweet contained the words, 'his daughter'.
So I'm wondering if this is his 'reason' for going into BB, and also what he was wanting to tell Charlie. I think the percentages were referring to the fact that she had got some of the words but not the most important one.
Could of course be totally wrong
