I think it was interesting that his interest tailed off immediately as soon as Callum was gone... More about the competition than the prize, I think. That's basically Dexter in a nutshell though: he wants to win the show but it's not about the money entirely. I'm sure he'd love it hut he would still be desperate to win even if there was no prize fund at all, he'd want to win just to win.
Nothing really wrong with that though to be fair... And the WHOLE Charlie thing was a game, for Charlie too, so all pretty harmless (other than for poor Callum who was stuck in the middle of their game).
I don't dislike Dexter, I'd be happy enough if he won, I just wish he'd get back the spark he had earlier and stop sucking up to Gina. He's better than that.
