Former Hollywood madam and more importantly Celebrity Big Brother contestant, Heidi Fleiss has been charged in Nevada with possession of marijuana with the intent to sell.

The Nye County Sheriff's Department said on Tuesday that officers found nearly 400 marijuana plants growing in and around the 47-year-old's home in Pahrump.

A total of 158 marijuana plants were found in pots in her backyard and 234 more in her home.

They were discovered when an officer arrived at the property looking for a woman wanted for arrest.

Fleiss was spotted walking home where she was questioned by police.

She said she had been growing marijuana without a license and that she intended to sell it to a cooperative in Las Vegas.

As Fleiss was cooperative and consented to her home being searched, she was not arrested.

All the plants were taken away by police as evidence.
