Grammar isn't necessarily associated with intelligence. Public schools have as many idiots as state schools. However, public schools tend to stamp out individuality in terms of speech - accents, grammar, syntax, intonation and Gina would have stuck out like a sore thumb. I give as an example the Harry Enfield character Tim Nice But Dim - well-spoken but vacuous. Gina does not come across as a public school girl at all. If she went to state school where very rich colloquialisms and speech patterns are prevalent, then fair play to her, but this would not fit with her tales of never catching a bus/taxi or anything from what most of us would deem everyday life.
