After all the twists BB producers have laid at their feet so far this BB, yeah, of course that would have gone through all their minds, but Dexter played it best by taking the risk
I actually think Charlie was being the greediest if anything in hoping for a twist to benefit her, and that is why she is so miffed with Dexter.
