The housemates have seen how nasty she can be and seem too frightened to stand up to her. She targets people that dare to say anything against her by turning other housemates against them. They are reluctant to speak against her but they acknowledge her bad behaviour in the diary room.
Some would call it a good gameplan.... I see it as being a bully.
