Depending on how big the Youtuber is, I don't think that would be a completely ridiculous idea. Some people on there have millions of subscribers("fans"). Are they celebrities? No, but i'd argue that quite a few are more well known than the likes of Bobby Sabel, Katia, Lacey, Prince etc etc...
