Don't worry she's not !
She's making out she's not sure so the public feel sympathy for her at the hands of Dex's "manipulating".

Let's break it down...
Charlie:

- emotion (suprise suprise !)
- very close (least as gameplaying allies in the house ! Hidden code to Dex..)
- Charlie scared of being PLAYED (when she outwitted Dexter and effectively stitched him right up !!!

Why has she "given him the benefit of the doubt" ? (or claimed to !)
No point Charlie losing a useful ally in the house (even if he might not win anymore now the damage is done !)
God knows what drama she's got planned next but I can't wait !
