I think they had another "Exclusive" on BOTS last night showing a longer clip of Sam putting the £100,000 board into the briefcase because it was clearly visible as he slotted it in. In all the other clips you only saw them hurriedly put the boards in the briefcase but NOT into the slot on the top cover.

Edit: They obviously did more than one "Take" on all of them, one where they concealed the board, and one of them slotting the boards in.
